Maritime Navigation Officer – Worked for Sonangol Shipping after graduating in Nautical Sciences from GCNS (Glasgow College of Nautical Sciences), UK. Notable experience in the oil sector with auxiliary training in GMDSS (Global Maritime Distress and Safety System). Previously worked at Weatherfold Ltd. Possesses strong IT skills for administrative tasks and is certified in Fire Extinguisher Maintenance. Auditor of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001).
Chemical Engineer with a specialization in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QSSA), graduated from the Higher Polytechnic Institute of Technologies and Sciences (ISPTEC). Experience as a Junior QHSE Engineer, working in project management and developing technical materials related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Additional training in drilling and well completion fluids, water quality control, and environmental management. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork orientation. Fluent in Portuguese and English, focused on operational excellence and sustainability in the industrial sector.

(Houston), and Duco Limited (Newcastle). Holds extensive expertise in Environmental matters.
Petroleum Engineer and Master in Chemical Technology of Oil and Gas Refining from the Ufa State Technological University of Oil (Russia), with over 25 years of experience in multinationals such as Texaco Panamá Inc., Chevron-Texaco (Houston), and Sonangol E&P.
Extensive expertise in Production Engineering, Reservoir Management, Field Operations, QHSE, Projects, Concessions, Asset Management, Procurement, and Logistics.
Trained at the Ho-Chi-Min Industrial Pedagogical Institute in Huambo, with broad experience in training and mentoring within the sector, in partnership with technical and professional institutions.
Holds a degree in Communication Sciences from the Independent University of Angola, with extensive experience as a Marketing and Sales Manager. Experienced in developing commercial and promotional strategies, team training, and brand activation in both digital and in-person environments. Throughout his career, he has continuously invested in training in marketing, digital marketing, and sales, applying his knowledge in practice with measurable results.
