Module 3 – Training to conduct the audit visit
Module 4 – Drafting the audit report
Module 5 – Presenting and following up on audit results
Module 6 – Conducting/simulating an internal audit of the quality management system.

In all Management Systems, the Audit serves an indispensable role in analyzing and verifying the effectiveness of the system. Consequently, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and techniques required to audit the organization’s compliance with its established objectives.

At the end of the training, trainees will be able to: – Conduct and participate in Quality Audits in order to effectively assess the quality of products, processes and systems – Improve their performance in conducting Audits, in the behavioral domain – Deepen their knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 19011 and 45001 – Apply the method, techniques and instruments to plan, carry out and monitor the results in the process of Internal Quality and/or Environmental Audits, in accordance with the guidelines of ISO 19011 standards.
